Ferrocium Rod Blank - Available in 3 different sizes

There are two sizes available now a 9.5mm thick (Army) Fire ignition steel blank and the 12.5mm (Fatboy) blank and they are ideal for making your own firestarter, simply handle it with your own choice of material or simply leave it bare for a more compact way of storage in survival kits.

They are a high grade Ferrocium rod and will give you thousands of strikes. 

We find they are ideal for adding to any survival kit as you can simply wrap it with paracord to fashion a handle when needed. You can also add whatever type of wood or handle material to like to it to match a knife handle etc.

The Army steels are a full size, they are 3 inches long (75mm) and 3/8" thick (9.5mm) and the Fatboy variant are available in 2 different sizes - 1/2" (12.5mm) thick and 3" (75mm) long OR 1/2" (12.5mm) thick and 6" (150mm) long.
